Getting started is simple. We pick the right AI for your business, build assistants around how you already work, then leave you running the day from one place — with you always in charge of what goes out.
1. Free chat about where your time goes
We start with a short conversation about how your business runs today: inbox, invoices, statements, chasing customers, and anything else that eats your evenings. You tell us what already works and what keeps slipping. Together we pick the highest-impact jobs for AI first, so you see a clear win early rather than boiling the ocean. You leave with a simple plan of which assistants you’d get and what they’d take off your plate.
2. We set up and connect your assistants
We build the assistants around your real workflows and plug them into the tools you already use, such as Outlook, Xero or Cin7. Each one gets clear rules: what to file, what to draft, what to flag, and what never goes out without you. We test with your live mail and accounts until the day-to-day feels trustworthy. You stay in control the whole way; nothing is sent or booked without your say-so.
3. Run your business from one chat
Once they’re live, you talk to your Ai manager the way you’d talk to a good office manager. Ask what’s waiting, approve a draft, or tell it to chase a statement. You get a short end-of-day wrap so nothing important is buried. The assistants keep doing the routine work every day, and we stay on hand to tweak them as your business changes.
Simple Pricing
Setup — £2,000 (one-off)
Covers discovery, building your first set of assistants (typically inbox + accounts, with social if you need it), connecting Outlook / Xero / Cin7 or whatever you use, and a short live-test period until you’re happy. Includes training so you know what to approve and what to leave alone. Extra assistants or unusual systems can be quoted separately.
Setup
Care — £200 / month
Ongoing monitoring, small tweaks when your processes change, help when something breaks (logins drop, a new supplier format appears), and a light monthly check-in. Day-to-day usage of the assistants is included in this care fee; you still pay your own Cursor / AI plan costs separately if the seat sits under your account.
